Terms & Conditions

Special order items and items that have been cut or altered are NON-RETURNABLE.  Returns of large diamonds, large gemstones and finished goods must be made within 5 days; tools and supplies within 7 days.  All other items should be returned within 15 days.  Merchandise cannot be ordered on approval.  Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.  If you wish to return something, please contact us immediately at sales@jewelersconsortium.com.
